District Court Audio Streaming Service (DCASS)

In response to the social distancing and safety measures taken due to Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), the District of New Mexico is implementing the following procedures to allow streaming access for public hearings.

Persons granted remote access to proceedings are reminded of the general prohibition against photographing, recording, and rebroadcasting of court proceedings. Violation of these prohibitions may result in sanctions, including removal of court issued media credentials, restricted entry to future hearings, denial of entry to future hearings, or any other sanctions deemed necessary by the court.

These procedures are subject to change; this page and the COVID-19 Temporary Administrative Procedures Manual will be updated accordingly.

Access Instructions

  1. You will need to contact the Intake Staff at the appropriate courthouse to obtain login credentials for the courtroom where the hearing is being held.
    • If you are uncertain which courtroom will be used for the hearing, the staff can help you with that, too!
  2. To access the audio for a hearing, click the link to that courtroom.

NOTE:  Each courtroom is limited to 50 simultaneous streaming users at one time. If you are denied access to a courtroom and have confirmed the user name and password are correct, the courtroom may be at the maximum number of listeners.
