The U.S. District Court of New Mexico is soliciting Open Market bids for a tenant alteration project involving the renovation of a chambers galley located at the Pete V. Domenici Courthouse, 6th floor, Suite 640.

The vendor submitting bids shall review all requirements posted to the court’s website (http://www.nmd.uscourts.gov) prior to submitting a bid. This is an open market solicitation with the award going to the Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) bid. Please contact Lydia Piper to make arrangements to view the project if unable to make the August 11 site visit.

Proposals must contain an itemized price list of materials and services and be received no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, August 25, 2023, at the U.S. District Court Clerk's Office in Albuquerque, by mail, fax or email.
