The United States District Court for the District of New Mexico mourns the loss of Senior United States District Judge James A. Parker, who passed away on September 16, 2022 after 35 distinguished years on the bench serving the District of New Mexico. 

The flags outside the courthouses of the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico will be flown at half-staff in his honor.
