The U.S. District Court of New Mexico is soliciting Open Market bids for cyclical painting at the
Pete V. Domenici Courthouse, 2nd floor, Clerk’s Office, eastside.

The vendor submitting bids shall review all requirements posted to the court’s website
(http://www.nmd.uscourts.gov) prior to submitting a bid. This is an open market solicitation
with the award going to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) bid.

Proposals must contain an itemized price list of materials and services and be received no later
than 5:00 PM on Friday, August 30, 2019, at the U.S. District Court Clerk's Office in
Albuquerque, by mail, fax or email.
