***CM/ECF Unavailable Friday, December 18th at 8:00 p.m. for Upgrade*** 

The United States District Court for the District of New Mexico will be performing an upgrade to CM/ECF. To allow appropriate time for installation and testing, CM/ECF will be unavailable starting at 8:00 p.m. on Friday, December 18, 2020, until Monday, December 21, 2020, at 8:00 a.m. 

As ordered by the Court, provisional submission of time sensitive documents may be accepted on a case by case basis in accordance with the local rules and the CM/ECF Administrative Procedures Manual.
