The United States District Court for the District of New Mexico will be performing an upgrade to CM/ECF. To allow appropriate time for installation and testing, CM/ECF will be unavailable starting at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, March 3, 2023, until Monday, March 6, 2023, at 8:00 a.m.

Provisional submission of time sensitive documents may be accepted on a case by case basis in accordance with the local rules, the CM/ECF Administrative Procedures Manual and/or order of the Court.
