This is a final reminder to all current and active filers that the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico will be upgrading its CM/ECF system to the Next Generation of CM/ECF (NextGen) on April 20, 2020.   We encourage you to visit our NextGen Information Page. Two important things to remember: You must have an Individual Upgraded PACER Account and must Know Your Current CM/ECF login and password by April 20.
