Beginning April 1, 2017 - all attorney and pro se filers must use the following motion events in CM/ECF when seeking leave of Court to deposit or disburse interpleader funds under 28 U.S.C. § 1335:
MOTION for Interpleader Deposit (28 U.S.C. Section 1335)
- This motion should be used when the complainant/litigant has no ownership interest in the deposit.
- This motion event is located in CM/ECF under: Civil Events > Motions and Related Filings/Motions > Interpleader Deposit (28 U.S.C. Section 1335)
MOTION for Interpleader Disbursement (28 U.S.C. Section 1335)
- This motion should be used for disbursement against interpleader funds deposited in the Court's registry.
- This motion event is located in CM/ECF under: Civil Events > Motions and Related Filings/Motions > Interpleader Disbursement (28 U.S.C. Section 1335)
