PUBLIC NOTICE: ANNOUNCEMENT OF DRAWINGS FOR THE MASTER JURY WHEELS

Notice is hereby given that in Albuquerque, during the month of December, from December 2-31, the District of New Mexico will randomly draw start numbers for the creation of two (2) Master Wheels to coincide with the two divisions that form this district.

Each Master Wheel will consist of persons who are named in voter registration lists maintained by each county in the state of New Mexico. Once the Master Wheels have been established, Qualified Wheels are subsequently formed. Persons who are named in the Master Wheel and qualified under the terms of the Jury Plan, will be eligible to be selected for jury service under a computerized random selection process.
