Request for Quotation: Records Digitization Project

The United States District Court for the District of New Mexico is soliciting Open Market bids for records digitization services. All specifications related to this project are detailed herein*.

All quotes must be received by Friday, September 10, 2021 at 4:00 PM (MST).

Questions concerning this RFQ must be submitted by email to ProcurementSpecialists@nmd.uscourts.gov, no later than 4:00 PM (MST) on Friday, September 3, 2021.

Questions regarding this project received by Tuesday, September 7, 2021, will be posted, along with responses from the court, to our Vendor Questions Re: Records Digitization Project webpage.

 

*Non-substantive changes to the RFQ made on 8/26/2021 extend the deadline to receive quotes from Tuesday, September 7, 2021 to Friday, September 10, 2021, and provides for an additional site visit on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at 10:00 AM (MST).
