The U.S. District Court of New Mexico is soliciting Open Market bids for Cyclical Carpet Cleaning on the 2nd -7th floors of the Pete V. Domenici Courthouse, 333 Lomas Blvd. NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, the 2nd and 6th floors of the Historical Courthouse at 421 Gold NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico and the 1st and 2nd floors of the Santiago E. Campos Courthouse at 106 South Federal Place, Santa Fe, New Mexico.

The vendor submitting bids shall review all requirements posted to the court’s website (http://www.nmd.uscourts.gov) prior to submitting a bid. This is an open market solicitation with the award going to the Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) bid.

Proposals must contain an itemized price list of materials and services and be received no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, April 29, 2022, at the U.S. District Court Clerk's Office in Albuquerque, by mail, fax or email.
