The U.S. District Court of New Mexico is soliciting Open Market bids for the cyclical replacement of carpet at the Historical Courthouse at 421 Gold SW, 2nd floor.
 
The vendor submitting bids shall review all requirements prior to submitting a bid.  This is an open market solicitation with the award going to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) bid.

 
Proposals must contain an itemized price list of materials and services and be received no later than 5:00 PM on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at the U.S. District Court Clerk's Office, by mail, fax or email.
