The U.S. District Court of New Mexico is soliciting Open Market bids for the reupholstery of 144 chairs and 4 sofas in the Jury Assembly Room at the Pete V. Domenici Courthouse.
The vendor submitting bids shall review all requirements posted to the court’s website (http://www.nmd.uscourts.gov) prior to submitting a bid. This is an open market solicitation with the award going to the Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) bid.
Proposals must contain an itemized price list of materials and services and be received no later than 5:00 PM on Monday, September 20, 2021, at the U.S. District Court Clerk's Office in Albuquerque, by mail, fax or email.
