CM/ECF is currently unavailable due to a technical issue which is affecting several courts nationwide. The issue is being addressed; however, at this time we are unable to determine when CM/ECF service will be restored.
Provisional submission of time sensitive documents via fax will be authorized. The fax number for provisional submissions is 505-348-2028.
When regular service is restored, documents submitted provisionally must be filed in CM/ECF by Participants. Clerk's Office staff will ensure the correct file date, determined by the provisional submission, is applied to the document. At no time will the provisional submission represent the official document filed with the Court.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
