Real ID enforcement is scheduled to begin May 07, 2025. The REAL ID Act contains an exception specifically for access to court proceedings or services. These activities are considered constitutionally protected, and access cannot be denied based on a requirement to produce identification.

If you are paying online, please verify the web address carefully and report suspicious activity to the Central Violations Bureau (CVB) at 800-827-2982 or info@cvb.uscourts.gov. Alternatively, you may pay a ticket over the phone by calling the CVB at the same number.
