Coronavirus (COVID-19) Guidance

The U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico is closely monitoring the national response and guidance on the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). We would like to assure the public that we are following all recommended guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to ensure the safety and health of our customers and staff. 

Court operations will continue as indicated below and are subject to change as the situation develops.  If there are changes or cancellations, the affected parties will be notified.
