In continued preparation for the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico’s implementation of the Next Generation (NextGen) of CM/ECF, we will be consolidating the events used for filing that currently reside under multiple filing menus for both civil and criminal. This consolidation will facilitate the usage of reports and functionality that will be implemented in the coming year and avoid confusion with duplicative selections in the new NextGen interface. No events will be removed, only located under a single menu listing.

As stated, we will not be removing any currently used filings events during this process, just consolidating the locations. If you cannot find an event, please remember that CM/ECF has a built in Search function that allows you to look for any event or report with partial text of key words. The search option is located on the Blue Menu bar at the top of the screen, once you are logged into CM/ECF:
