In continued preparation for the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico’s implementation of the Next Generation (NextGen) of CM/ECF, we will be consolidating the events used for filing that currently reside under multiple filing menus for both civil and criminal.  This consolidation will facilitate the usage of reports and functionality that will be implemented in the coming year and avoid confusion with duplicative selections in the new NextGen interface.  No events will be removed, only located under a single menu listing.
