After Business Hours Filing Procedures for Election-Related Emergency Filings

If a new civil case is filed, and an application for an election-related temporary restraining order (TRO) or similar document requesting emergency relief is filed after the Clerk’s Office is closed on November 4^th and 5th, the filer must follow the Procedures for Filing of Election-Related TROs.
