Request for Quote: Tenant Alteration – OPS Galley Renovation

The U.S. District Court of New Mexico is soliciting Open Market bids for a tenant alteration

project involving the renovation of the Operation Galley at the Pete V. Domenici Courthouse, 2nd

floor, Room C238.

 

The vendor submitting bids shall review all requirements posted to the court’s website

(http://www.nmd.uscourts.gov) prior to submitting a bid. This is an open market solicitation

with the award going to the Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) bid. Please contact

Lydia Piper to make arrangements to view the project if unable to make the June 23 site visit.

 

Proposals must contain an itemized price list of materials and services and be received no later

than 5:00 PM on Wednesday, July 14, at the U.S. District Court Clerk's Office in

Albuquerque, by mail, fax or email.
